在肯定句中，doubt后面跟 whether引起的从句，一般不能用that引导。
e.g There is some doubt whether he will come in time. 他是否能及时赶到值得怀疑。
但在否定句中，不能用whether，应用that引导从句。
There was no doubt that he was a fine scholar....
