恩,这两个答案都是可行的,但是句子结构就完全不同了
如果是用it,作形式主语
而用it's之后,后面就是一个宾语从句了
I think (that) it's necessary for students to make an interest in all subjects
it还是作后面宾语从句的形式主语

是有两个答案
如果选it ，那么就用的是think+ 形式宾语 + 宾语补足语结构 。
如果选it's，就用的是think+省略了that的宾语从句结构。因此，两个都对！

你说反了吧。。
i think it necessary中it是主句中think的宾语
I think it's中 it是从句中得形式主语。
另外第一句虽然语法说得通，但是我们很少用I think it 加形容词，，如果改成I find it necessary会更加自然。
