Nowadays, people make new friends in the work life everyday. The hotel and coffe shop become the important place for making friends and human association. So in this case, the customer service becomes a very necessary part. The customer service level influences the economic benefit of hotel directly and it also reflects hotel's total image. How to offer the best customer service? Firstly, Good costomer sevice should be politeness both in language and action. Secondly, you should be well dressed, clean and tidy. Thirdly, the questionaire for customer service should be real and respect customer's objective evaluation. In the case that the customer service is considerable,guests feel at home, your customers will feel unforgettable.
