动词不定式难道不是make吗？make用在陈述句中不是要把动词不定式的to省略吗？

动词不定式不能充当谓语哦，（因为动词不定式和现在分词，过去分词同属于非谓语动词，故不能充当谓语）你能有自己思考很好！

你所说的“make用在陈述句中不是要把动词不定式的to省略”是指在make后面的部分，与前面无关

例：
He made her child study every day.
而此题考察tell 词组的否定 与make 没有关系.
