只用complete也不对,因为如把complete看成动词,则它是及物动词,应使用have been completed;若把它看成是形容词“完成了的”,则句中的and应去掉,这样前面就是一个独立主格结构.
若像你所说的用过去分词completed,则前面还是一个独立主格结构.中间的and还是应去掉的.
