she 是主语 is able to run是谓语 faster是状语 后面是比较状语从句 than是连词 I从句主语 am是省略的从句谓语
than me 是口语 用法 也有人认为 这里than 是介词 所以后面 用me
但我认为 than 是连词 所以 应该 是 than i 用me 只不过 是口语中 用宾格 代替主格 罢了

she is able to run faster than I am （able to run）承前省略了。用she is able to run faster than me个人觉得没错。
she主 is able to run谓语动短语 faster副词作状语 than比较结构标志语 I am（able to run）后半部分和前面一样，就是少了个状语fast。
