Dear Sir, Thanks for your last email(一般可以说成：谢谢你上次的来信）,but I think there is a misunderstanding between us. The samples requested are ready,and we are just going to send them out to you by Fedex. But sorry, our company makes it a rule that though the samples are free, you should take in charge the express freight,which is 70usd. In addition, you suggested to advance us 2000usd, but we will not accepte this before receiving your official order and confirmation of order was achieved between both sides.And before production, you should pay us 30% deposit. Looking forward to a pleasant cooperation with you!
