为什么要想得那么复杂?
其实就是Notwithstanding（尽管如此/即使）,如果是Not-withstanding（不能承受/不能经受）的话就翻译不通了.
原文意思就是：即使协议被终止,但协议中第11,13,14,18,19,20,24,25,33,34和36条仍然有效.

不接受这项协议的中止，因为协定的第11,13,14.。。。条款限定了他的继续履行 not应该是和withstand分开的 您看我的答案怎样 满意请采纳
