Notwithstanding the provisions of UCP600,it is a condition of this letter of credit that is we give notice of refusal of documents presented under this letter of credit,we shall retain the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies from the applicant,and subject to said waiver being acceptable to us.To release the documents agaist that waiver without obtaining the approcal of the presenter,provided that we have not received insrtuctions to the contrary prior to the release of the document.
