句子大部分都是对的，把最后的morning去掉就可以了。
it你指的是day，这个day你指的是明天过后的day,这个it=day after tomorrow是主语，表示的是后天，不是后天早上。
你如果想说的是早上，那句子就改成：
It'll be a sunny morning the day after tomorrow.
