This AGREEMENT shall be construed and take effect in accordance with Singapore Law excluding those conflict of law rules and choice of law principles which would deem otherwise and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisiction of the Singapore Courts.The ruling language of the AGREEMENT shall be the English Language.
Waiver
None of the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT shall be considered to be waived by either the COMPANY or the AGENT unless a waiver is given in writing by one party to the other.No failure on the part of either party to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT shall constitute a waiver of such terms.
