这里的it也是指代“这件事”,如果这件事没有你帮忙……
If I were you ,I could manage it easily.
If it had been your turn ,you might have gained the chance.
If it were thought over more carefully ,we couldn't have made such silly mistakes.

前一个it应该没有具体含义，就像"it's time to...","中的it.
这里的it就是为了完成一个过去时虚拟，
我觉得这句也可说成：
without your help, i could not have done it.
体会这句话中的it:
you say it best when you say nothing at all.
一样没有具体的意思。
