Subject to the terms of this Contract,Seller shall supply to the Buyer the equipment ( the "Goods") and provide services (the "Services") specified in Appendix 1 in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations,and in accordance with the applicalbe standards.
Seller represents that it has all necessary legal rights to supply the Goods and perform Services hereunder and to grant the ownership rights over such Goods to the Buyer.
