There are some questions that I need to ask you. There was a Oral English Express Class opened in my city's traning center, it promised that I can speak a fluent English within one month. When I heard about this propaganda, I really want to try it, but I'm not exactly sure about the training results, since it's really heard to make the change with in one month. So I feel their promise is not true. What do you think? Would you give me some advises?
