E) 180
我算出的是36,答案写180,完全不能理解
拜托说的时候也把题目翻译一下,我怀疑我题目理解错误

我原来做这个题也理解错了.
LZ你应该要这样理解,LbyW不是理解成用W代替L,而是说用两边长分别为L W的长方形怎么样才能COVER 长宽分别为12 10面积的长方形
2L=3W
而总面积是120L^2
L*W是 2/3L^2
两个数除了就得180了

How many rectangles of dimension L by W are needed?
In which, L by Y means L x W.
a pattern is the graph you shows
so,
to cover a 10L x 12L,
there should be 10/(5/3) x 12/(2) = 36 of this pattern, each of which consists of 5 L x W rectangles
Number of WbyL needed: 36 x 5 = 180

它问的是有多少个长L宽W的长方形，不是有多少个图中的图形。
其实你没算错。
每个图形由5个长方形拼成
36x5=180
