为什么不可以用（no sooner had i seen）?

意思是：我刚见到闪电 (应该是lightning,落了个n),紧接着就听到一声炸雷了.
scarcely ...和 hardly ...都是经常见到置于句首的倒装句,后面跟 when 连接词引导从句.
no sooner 后面跟的是 than
