因为句型是explain sth.to sb.
A用的句型是explain sth.
D应该用句型explain sth.to sb.
C这个句型没有.

explain可以用作及物动词，也可用作不及物动词。及物动词的用法为 explain to sb sth 或 explain sth to sb。 即 它不能直接跟双宾语，在表人的间接宾语前，总有一个介词 to。。。。所以应该选A

C跟了双宾语，是错选

你这是中文习惯，英文中前后一定要对应，前面是I，后面不能用US，并且在习惯中也是不礼貌的，你不懂不代表别人不懂，这是意志的强加，在西方人文主义精神中是不提倡的，典型的过分集体主义的表现
