第一句是错的.应该把to去掉就对了.
need not do sth 不需要做某事,就等于：don't need to do sth

还有个问题 In my opinion, students should not talk in the classes. 是等于I think students should not talk in the classes. 还是I think that students should not talk in the classes.啊？

句子都是对的噢， that在从句中不做任何成分,只是宾语从句的连接词，可以省略。 所以三个句子都表达同个意思。
