Aithough he is quite old, he still goes on working.
原句的意思是“他年纪很大了,但是他仍然坚持工作.”
用“虽然”去代替“但是”,注意“although”和"but"不能同时出现在句子中
所以改成“虽然他年纪很大了,他仍然坚持工作.”
