摘 要
速度素质是跆拳道运动员应具备的主要素质之一,现在竞技跆拳道已经进入快速发展的重要时期,现代科学技术与竞技体育的结合越来越紧密,迫使运动员素质结构和技术结构的训练顺应体育运动向快速发展需要.因此,速度素质训练显得尤为重要,本文通过文献资料法,归纳法,访谈法,对跆拳道训练、比赛中的速度素质的具体分析和研究,从而提出跆拳道项目速度素质训练应遵循的训练原则,以及提出提高速度素质的专项训练方法和手段,以供一大众跆拳道爱好者和工作者参考.
