that是对的,that和one作为代词都可以指代前面出现的可数名词单数,that作为代词又可以指代前面出现的不可数名词.此题中that指代的是condition,此处不可数,所以只能用that.

that可数名词单数或复数名词，表示同类特指，常接后置定语，yesterday.就是后置定语，代替复数名词时，用those.that作为代词又可以指代前面出现的不可数名词。one/ones同类泛指，只能代替可数名词，常接前置定语
