Draw free body diagram,and then write balance in vertical direction:
mg - N = ma,where N is the normal force = the new scale reading
Plug in a = 0.15 g,and solve for N,
N = 0.85 mg
So,the ratio is N/(mg) = 0.85mg/(mg) = 0.85

也就是电梯以0.15g向下加速运动,由于电梯只受到两个力的作用,一个是重力G,一个是钢绳对它的牵引力F1,他们的合力F2=0.15g×电梯的质量m,故F2=0.15mg即0.15G,而F2=G-F1,故F1=0.85mg,从而F1/G=85/100。
