i think "your helping me" is a pattern which is commonly used and has become an idiom. well, if u want a syntactic explain... here "helping me" can be regarded as a single word like an noun. That's the idea. Hope this may help u. :-P

因为for介词，后面跟名词，helping是动名词，而名词要用物主代词修饰
