I am writing to you with regard to Mr.Huang, who has requested that I write a letter of recommendation on his behalf. Jinyuan and I discussed his recent decision to pursue undergraduate studies through your university. I applaud his decision and strong desire to take his dedication and skill to the next level.
I first met Mr. Huang Jinyuan when he applied for a job in my company in the summer of 2007. At first I doubted his ability as he was just a graduate of senior high school. So I asked him what could he contribute to the company. He said that he might not be the best, but he was always the most diligent and who wanted to learn all the time. “If you could give consideration and offer me a job as an opportunity to learn, I will work without payment until you think I can do something beneficial to the company.” said he. I was shocked by his words and attitude, and hire him.
