1.去掉hi,不符合国外信件习俗.
2.“我们彼此之间”用between us,比用 between each other更加简洁明了
3.“造成不便”应该用inconvenience而不是trouble.另外英文用"ask for your forgiveness"(望你原谅)显得太低声下气,道歉即刻.
4.收款时英文中不用那么客气地说"If possible",否则给对方太多余地(万一不可能呢?).
5.结尾祝词修改符合习惯.
