E-mails是可数名词,复数加上s.谓语应该是are
She is friendly to others and does her job happily.做工作,应该用副词修饰实义动词does.

此句应该是这样，谓语动词不同为系动词或实义动词时，一般不省略主语，副词修饰动词，happy是形容词，不可修饰动词
