关于你问的第二题,或许你想表达“是否”?那也应该是wether 而不是if 它是要来引导宾表语从句的,先行词用how “怎样”来说明we can make our efforts rewarded的方式,这个从句缺少的是状语,by……方法.
第一题的话,后面是neither 判断是两个人所以前面用the othe
