1，与前面的伴随状语保持一致，后面也应该用现在进行时，如果选A的话，那前面就应该是”with more forests having being destroyed"
2,应该选A吧，现在完成时，超级杂交水稻已经大大改善了成千上万挨饿人群的生活。B这个过去完成进行时，在这里不知道要去怎样解释...
