How much words you need? What kind you people in your team. How many people you need to analyse? I am not sure what's your meaning. Are you mean to analyse all the people in a team and according to their ability and personal characters to give them right job? You'd better give more information about this report.

work arrangement of new recruiters
Last month, there were 2 people recruited in our company.
The first one is Matt, who just received the master degree in Nottingham University. His major is internet management and had win the reward of computer competition in Nottingham University. Even though he is 24 years old, he looks more seriouly and mature. When talking to him, he was shy to directly look at your eyes, but the conversation was clearly and to the point. Except running and attending lectures, he stay with his laptop all most everyday. I'd like to recommended him to the internet assistance department to maintain the operation of internet and web pages.
The second one is a young girl, A tall, silm, 24-year-old girl always smile. She loves singing, dancing and talking with all kinds of people, with extroversion characteristics. She owns 2 years experiences in a consulting company. In my opinon, she suits to work at reception desk.
