很显然都是错误的啊,首先是“你送的我东西”的表达不正确,应为the things given by you 或者the things you gave me.然后就是汉字“还”的表达不正确,英语中的正确表达是still,没有人会用also
正确表达有好多种比如说Till now,I still reserve the things given by you,your love included或者Till today,I still reserve the thing you gave me,including your love
