The following three tasks are required at the beginning of the Network Development project.
Facility Design and Construction Guide
Qoros will provide a Dealership concept design and facility standards.
This output needs to be developed into a Facility Design and Construction Guide that practically guides Dealer architects and general contractors to meet Qoros standards.The Guide should be at the most comprehensive level and to include:
A model Dealership design
Size guides based on Dealership capacity levels
Appropriate engineering specifications
Layout guidelines to maximise Qoros brand compliance,operational efficiency,health and safety
The Guide must be made available for distribution via electronic medium and hosted on a Qoros / TTi website for download.
Facility Component Sourcing
This activity relates to sourcing of brand-critical Dealership components,such as exterior cladding,furniture and internal finishes.
Qoros will provide concept designs for all required components.It excludes technical / functional equipment for Workshop,Parts storage,Body Shop etc.
Source suppliers for each component,optimising cost,quality and reliability
Ensure finished product conforms with Qoros design requirements and obtain sign off on prototypes by Qoros architect
Ensure product durability,warranty and replacement process
Negotiate bulk discounts based on projected total volume
Create and maintain an online catalogue of all components,for use by Dealers and Dealer contractors
Facility CI Signage Sourcing
Qoros will provide concept designs for all required signage components.
Source suppliers,optimising cost,quality and reliability
Ensure finished product conforms to Qoros design requirements and obtain sign off on prototypes by Qoros architect.This includes:
Foundations and wall mountings
Guidelines for cleaning and maintenance
Ensure product durability,warranty and replacement process
Negotiate bulk discounts based on projected total volumeCreate and maintain an online signage catalogue,for use by Dealers and contractors
