宾语从句应该写成：I'm the person who wrote to you.
who不可省略,因为它特指I. 但是that有时可以省略.

同学理解错误，变成宾语从句的话，从句中宾语是肯定是被连接词代替，不会再出现真实的宾语，例如that's the film. I saw it. 变成宾从就是that‘s the film that I saw.没有it了，而且要注意加上连接词that和which，做成分的时候，这些词是不能省的。
第一句话，给你写信的人是我。这里是定语从句，不是宾语从句，前面主句不缺成分，who做后面从句的...
