A为正确答案.morning exercises 早锻炼看做整体,后谓语用单数helps ,第二个空格考察help sb do sth 或者help sb to do sth 短语.

这个短语不看exercise 后面的s, 而是作为整体来理解。再如：1,000 miles is a long distance. 一千英里是一段很长的距离。主语1,000 miles 中的miles也是复数形式，但是根据英语中主谓一致的原则，这个短语为整体，视为单数，所以谓语为 is 这个单数谓语。明白了吗？ 我是英语老师，希望可以帮到你。祝你进步！
