As is told in the title,we should form a good living habit.How to do?Let me tell you.
First of all,early sleep and early up is very important for our health.In adition we should do more sport.Eating healthy food is helpful as well.And if you get sick unfortunately,go to see a doctor timely.The last but not the least,some drinking and eating habit is as good,for example,washing your hands before eating,drinking boiled-water rather than fresh water,and so on,will take you a healthy satuation.
