As it is known, good health comes from good living habits. We should know how to keep a good habit to live. First, getting up earlier is beneficial to health.In the morning, usually the air is fresh and we can go out not only for breathing more fresh air but also for more physical exercises. Life lies in sports. If we can spend some time doing exercises such taking a walk, or jogging, then there is no problem for us to keep fit. Besides, eating is also the more important factor for healt. We should eat light food, not too oily or fried. To get ill is a human being. But if you are ill ,you must see a doctor in case you become more uncomfortable and serious. lastly, I would like to mention, that is to wash your hands each time you want to eat something. We all know that diseases come from our mouths. Only more attention you pay to these good habits will make your life longer and happier.
