not too much的意思应该是不需要太多
I'd like to stay if it's not too much of an imposition on you
not so much 的意思是没有那么多,更少的
There is not so much room for these books

是不是结合句意来看 so much表示很多 而too much则表示太多（过剩了，远超过所需要的那么多）

too，too much后边修饰不可数名词，traffic是不可数名词，所以选too,而so much，没有这个搭配，若果我有帮到你，请采纳哦！
