改成you're prettier and matured (than before)
prettier已经是比较级,不用再加more.
than before可加,可不加.偏向不要加.因为更漂亮成熟本来就是相比以前而言.

不可以，prettier和maturer已经是比较级了，比较级不能再用more来修饰，只能用表示程度的词如 ：much, a little修饰。

个人认为不对
应为：You're (much) more beautiful(外貌方面) and maturer than before.
You're (much)prettier and maturer than before.
注意：能变形的形容词不再加more了。
