A be of importance是一个词组,故而可以排除C.
i think 是一个插入语,在做题目的时候可以将他删除不去看他,这对题目本身没有任何影响的（以后做题目之中I think之类的话可以直接删去,这样做题目就方便很多了.）故排除d
which i think it is 在语法上就错误了,这句话中不能加it

I think 是插入语 先不用管它
这是个非限制性定语从句要用which做连接词 be of importance = be important
然后把I think 插中间 所以就选A

分析句子成分时去掉
be of importance=be important 是重要的
be of +抽象名词=be+形容词
如be of value=be valuable
