Participants will work on a final term project in self-selected teams of 4 or 5.The purpose of the project is to apply the concepts and tools learned in class to a real business situation of your choosing.Through the project,participants will practice oral,written,and presentation skills as well as demonstrate knowledge of core services marketing and management concepts.
Project topics are due at the end of the first teaching block.Participants may select their own teams and topics within the guidelines provided.Each team will present the project in class during the final class day.The final report should be typed,no less than 4,000 words and no more than 6,000 words.The report is due on the last day of the class or within two weeks after the class.
