考察的是定语从句,who 引导的定语从句修饰teachers,这个你说的没错,但是先行词前头有the only one修饰表示单数,所以要用has,D不对

这是一个强调句,验证方法就是把it is...who去掉省下来me （）responsible for the matter.因为me跟在is后,所以不能用主格I的形式,变成了me但是后头的系动词还是要用am的,I am...
