如果搂主真的是要在求职信、个人简历中用的话，我的建议是：英文简历中从不出现“个人理想”这一类东西，英文简历当中都是有据可查的经历、资历等等。所以最好不要用这样的内容。中英文简历的内容不一定要严格的相互对应。您说呢？
