请问第一句这个主将从现句的主句是否可以换成will呢？换完是什么？第二句为什么是truth 而不是true

换完是
If I'm telling lies, I'm going to die.
If I tell lies, I will die.
I'm telling you the truth, nothing but the truth.
truth是名词，作宾语，true是形容词，不能单独成为宾语。

最后一个问题，为什么改成will 前面就不是动词ing形式了

语法规则是:主句若用将来时，从句应该是现在时态。
