none用于指人或指物,可与of短语连用,用作单数或复数,总是用在一定范围之内,如：
1、None of that money on the table is mine.桌子上的钱都不是我的.
2、None of us are/ is afraid of difficulties.我们当中没有一个害怕困难.
注意：
1) none of短语中的none不能用no,no one,nothing ,nobody来代替,只能用none.
2) none和no one都是否定的,都只用在肯定句中,如：
None of them know me.他们都不认识我.
None of them don't know me.为错误,要说成：Each of them knows me.
nothing只能单独使用,后面不跟of短语
none常用作简略答语,一般情况下,none回答how many或how much问句,可以跟of短语
例：
None of them can speak Japanese.
①—What’s in the box 盒子里有什么?
— Nothing.什么也没有.
②—How many people are there in the park?公园里有多少人?
—None.没有人.
No的用法
1．No（没有）是形容词,常位于名词前,用来否定这个名词.有时no否定名词时,可理解为这个名词的反义词,意思是“并非”.
（1）I have no ink．我没有墨水.不可说：I have not ink．
（2）There are no clouds in the sky．天上没有云.
（3）He is no fool．＝He is clever．他很精明.比较：He is not a fool．他不是傻子.
2．No用于形容词、副词的比较级前,意思是“并不,毫不”.
We went no farther than the bridge．我们走到桥边就不再往前走了.
3．用于加强语气.
I don’t believe it．No,not I．我不相信这事,不,我才不相信哩!
4．用于表示惊奇、怀疑或不信.
He left yesterday．No．他昨天走了,
5．用于委婉说法,“并非”.
in no small measure在不小的程度上
6．有时no ＝not at all,意思是“完全不是,决不是”.
（1）His father is no teacher．他的父亲决不是教师.（比较：His father is not a teacher．他的父亲不是教师.）
（2）It is no easy task．这根本不是轻而易举的工作.（比较：It is not an easy task．这工作不容易.）
（3）It is no joke．这决不是开玩笑的事.（即：这是一件正经事.比较：It is not a joke．这不是玩笑.）
7．在“No＋动名词”的省略句中,表示“禁止,不准”的意思.这时,不能用“not any”代替“no”.
No smoking!禁止吸烟!
No spitting on the floor!不要随地吐痰!
二、Not的用法
1．Not（不）是副词,用于动词和助动词之后.
（1）That TV set is not here．那台电视机不在这里.
（2）I can not go out．我不能出去.
（3）I don’t think so．我不那样认为.
2．Not用于形容词、副词之前,表示委婉的说法.在汉语中,用单重否定句,即只用一个否定词来表示.与肯定句相比,语气弱些,但如果它同肯定句并用,用否定衬托肯定,那么作者要肯定的意思就会表现得十分鲜明.
（1）This movie isn’t bad．这部电影不错.
（2）The door was not a long time opening．不一会儿,门开了.
