consider 当“考虑”的意思时,除了可以说：condier doing ,
还可以接从句.即：consider that 或consider + 其他的wh疑问词；
或者consider + wh疑问词 to do
如果选A的话,那是中文的说话方式.英文是绝对不允许的.

consider doing没错,第一个不可以选是因为没有going where这种用法.

where to go不定时表示还没有发生的事情.题意是指假期去哪里.表示还没有发生.另外,如果你选a那么从句话不是没有谓语了吗??
