i have two proposals ,firstly ,if your order quantity is over 20m ,and meanwhile you agree to change the length to 8m,and this price will be 5yuan one metre..Sencondly ,order quantity is over 20m,but the length must be 8m and the pirce will be 4yuan one metre,
And this prices i have checked with Tom already ,and you know ,the machine which used for the wider mould is stopped for a long time,if re-start it ,the depreciation of machinery is more than normal one.
