1.作业指导书上标注已出现过的问题,提醒生产者不要重复出现问题.
2.操作工按作业指导书要求进行自检,发现问题及时上报,
3.出货检验员按检验规范进行检验,发现问题及时改善

This product started to volume production after qualified initial inspection. During the volume production, PQC found that there was defect in the dimension 5.15-0.03, and separated the defective products. QC 100% sorted the defective products, but still has a few non-conforming products mixed in due to unclear specification. Meanwhile, FQC did not found out in time.
1. Re-adjust the tool position, to ensure stable production.
2. Re-train the sorting operators and increase their responsible sense, to avoid mixing defect.
There was no defect found after adjusting the tool.
1. We have marked the occurred problem on SOP in order to remind the operators.
2. The operators must do the self-check according to SOP. If there is any problem, they must report to management.
3. OQC must inspect according to Inspection Instruction. If they find anything wrong, they must improve immediately.
