如果是祈使句,应给是'Go out for team sports requires time effort and then study hard'
问题是逗号不能连接句子,要用连词连接就是'and'

首先effort是可数名词，再在句中肯定用复数最好。
其次后半句与前面的衔接很怪，感觉不是很通顺。是要表达需要时间、努力和刻苦练习吗？
那直接有effor就可以表达这层意思了啊。
