i am writing this letter to compain about the keybord that i bought from your store.
last week, it's 4th, December,2009, I came to your store and bought a computer keyboard, but after i went home to use it, i found that it couldn't work at all, so i hope you could exchange another one to me or refund the money back to me, thanks!
