doubt表否定时常后加that,如I never doubt (that) she would come.而本句,后面已说土地粗糙,实际上已经表示出明确义,即“他们会被拖在土地上”,因而不用if 或whether了.顺便说一下,其实对老师所讲的通常情况有所怀疑是很好的习惯,这样会对相应知识更了解,我原来也喜欢这样较真呢,
