是不是选C。。。
如果是选C的话。。我就可以解释。。
首先，the number of cars 的中心词是of 前的number，为单数。所以排除B D
these days可以用现在完成时或现在时
但不能用过去时.Those days作时间状语时才用过去时。。谢谢。。
